Billy, as you may of figured out a lot of these reports are just outright billshit.

The last semi decent year was probably 2005. I can't remember 100% but this may be the first year since 97 I haven't picked up a SW in Boston but then again I only cruised 10-20 times this year. I went to the Glass Slipper llst night for few drinks. Afterward I cursied around CT and only saw 2 SW. They weren't worth picking up and I went home empty handed.

I think I'm on the biggest drought of my entire life. It's gotten to the point where I just think the sw scene is too unsafe, too LE and too fugly/cracked out to make it worth my while. At the same time, CL sucks and all the agencies seem outrageously priced. It's unbelievable, I have money to spend and complete focus on what I want, but I can't match it up with a provider. This is completely new to me. I think the lack of a good strip club scene really hurts the overall action in Boston because the clubs are good feeders. My quest to find a regular has failed. I guess I just go ahead and hibernate for the winter, because this bad luck is depressing. If anyone has some luck on CL, please pass that on.

I 2nd, 3rd and 4th that Rosine. There doesn't seem to be much at all out there and where CL used to be good to dredge up something on Casual Encounters, it's now just full of bullshitters and spam harvesters / scammers. Never been a fan of strip clubs for real action but I know there are those that do OK in them.

Things with the Mrs. are pretty good with me so I do get it on a regular basis, but the thrill of the hunt and the ability to bring out the true perv in me goes unanswered.

I still believe that just about anyone can get some 'tang from the dive bars later on at night, but it takes setting some groundwork, time, seed money, and getting somewhat buzzed in the process. When I travel on business I nearly always do well in hotel bars, nearby lounges, etc. but it does take a set of balls to make the move though, but honestly most gals that hang out in bars alone or even in groups sort of expect the come-on lines and can deal with it.

Amen to that. I know this is true. For me it's just the point and click aspect of it and it really is a situation where I want her to go away after things are said and done. I just don't have a need for a girlfriend right now or anybody who I'd give my phone number to or anything like that. I know I can get the thing done at one of these local places, especially if I put in consistent work. I guess I don't want to do the work. Having a regular piece of tail that you can count on seems to be gone nowadays. What ever happened to the single mom who liked a generous man? Is she now just working at an agency charging $400 per? Oh well, I guess I'll have to get off my lazy ass and make something happen. You would just think that the market would force more good providers into the stream. I'm not even looking for anything extra hot, just maintenance work to clear my mind.

That said I understand that 95%+ of the female posts are BS, but there ARE real girls out there. It takes some trial and error, but eventually you will learn the key's to identify the spammers. If you see a young bored college girl and you believe the post to be real, hit her up with an offer to be a "sugar daddy". You would be surprised how many times you get a legit reply. Another trick I have used is to email the same posts from different email accounts with a different feel/voice to your reply. If she didn't like your first reply she may very well like the 2nd. I say the range of .6 is way off mark but closer to the .2 is more like it. I agree that when you get to the lower amount you are into people who unfortunately have their priorities f'd up. The middle range is where you find more reasonable treasures. Some with pending issues and others who just got over the hump. They should just legalize prostitution really. In downtown Boston itself, I haven't seen as low as even 35 since about 1995 and that was from girls coming up from D.C. who raised their price almost immediately. In other parts of Boston like Dot Ave, I've seen 40 even recently.

But I concur in regards to your 60. Most of the rates I've been quoted in CT and the surrounding area over the last decade or so (although I haven't picked up in a long time) have been from 50-100.

This is obviously my opinion and he didn't say this but there are very few real mongers in our part of this forum. We've had more new members in the last six months or so than in the last few years and it's not a trend, it's people creating multiple usernames. Many if not most of them are full of shit, give useless information, tell lies, ask too many questions or repeat things others have said. Some even give bad information that might get you caught. And don't trust someone just because they've been around for a few years, some create an additional name and then only use it once in a while to mix things up and keep it active. Some are also LE.

I don't know how long you're going to stick around but as long as you're here, give out as much monger related info as you can and trust no one, not even me, enough to give personal information to that can be traced back to you or identify you.
