Newbie
Ok, who wants to be the first one.
I'm new to the area and to the whole SW thing and I'm hoping you guys will steer me in the right directions. I know where Chamberlayne is, but what is JD and CD? Where is the best spot to find a good looking SW? THanks in advance guys. Oh. And I PM'd a few of you about DONNA? Reading the reports on here I have to try her out for sure That is all for now. Signing out.
Dry
Went down Chamberlayne last night after reading some post in this forum and nothing. I then went down North. I saw a BSW but she looked strung out so I turned around and went back down Chamberlayne one more time and nothing. Maybe I'll have better luck tonight. On another note, do you give her the $$ before or after the service? What if she says she won't' do anything until she recieves the $$? Happy Huntings and be safe my fellow mongers.

Where is the love at? Did I make a mistake coming here? I am new to this, but do you guys have to be so rude? Take me under the wing and show me the ropes.

The Loop
The LOOP
Starting at Chamberlayne and Azalea, head south on Chamb. When you get to Brookland Pkwy. Either continue south, toward the southside, or make the you-turn and head back up Chamb. Seems like the most consistent finds are there between Azalea and Brookland.
If you do continue to the southside, Chamberlayne (Hwy 1) changes names several times. To N. Belvedere, then S. Belvedere, then after xing the Robert E Lee bridge, Cowardin Ave, and then Jeff Davis highway. Keeping going south on JD until you get to Bells road. Make a right. Bells turns to Warwick, then Carnation. You'll get to Midlothian Tkpe. Make a right. Head North on Midlo until Hull. Then North on Hull until you're back to the river. Or South on Hull until you are back at Warwick.
Get a map. RTFF. Good luck. Don't drive stupid.

Considering the frequency with which this comes up, I sometimes wonder if it's even worth the effort. Maybe Jackson could add something to the rules, the FAQ or the posting guidlines and require all new registrants to read it prior to posting. I don't know if that sort of thing is even feasible with the configuration of the board but it sure would save a bunch of folks alot of hassle.

Nothing personal...
But noobs come along all the time (a lot recently) looking for free advice. You can get 99% of what you need to be successful by reading the 22 rules and by spending 30 minutes reading this forum.
Part of this is simply earning your keep. You have to risk a little before you get a little (ie. Post some info before you ask for it). Also, doing so will prove that you're not LE trying to get a better idea of areas/ladies to target.
I'm still technically a noob, but I started out by contributing, and I'm guessing that's why I wasn't scolded and why some Seniors answer my PM's.
Welcome to the board Jake. I hope you become a regular contributor, and that the forum helps you enjoy the hobby. That being said, stop being so f'ing sensitive
Stay Safe,

Donna Wednesday
Thanks to lots of spot on intelligence by several of you gents - I called Donna yesterday and headed right on down. Twas a beautiful thing.
Anway she's an immensly talented women -I took the bbbjtccim option and really had a fine time. Donna has some major league skills at a price that can't be beat - hell I filled my car up for considerably less than I paid her.
The downside was the rough crowd inside and outside the room. As I pulled in there was one guy on the stairs just above her room. He looked not particularlyfriendly - although as it turns out first impressions are ot always accurate. Sucking it up I made my way to her room as 2 more rather large gentleman were leaving. They too looked intimidating but in fact were as pleasant as could be : )
SO - interesting crew; kinda nasty room; very pleasant and talented woman. I'll go back now that I know the lay of the land...
Again thanks for all the intel

I'll offer a couple suggested changes to the route here. First- uturns on Chamberlayne are a red flag to LEO that you're hunting. Besides- by doubling back, you're only seeing the strip you just passed. Instead of pulling a u-turn at Brookland Pk, make a left and head east, and then make another left when you come to North. Follow North back to Chamberlayne. I've made a few pickups along Brookland and North that usually dont come out to Chamberlayne. Also- while the Maury area (JD just south of Hull St) is generally a good pickup area, make sure you make sure the SW is a woman. Sometimes things aren't always as they first appear in that area.

Good advice
JDBoy, You offer some fine advice to the noobs. Personally, I think the blood has drained from from their big head and has been usurped (that's not "you slurped" as in I love it) by the little head. They don't have an attention span of 30 minutes to RTFF. If they RTFF they'd know first posts asking for info would get them chopped off above the knees (with the kind intent of making them into stable tripods). This hobby has risks and by limiting our info to those who have contributed we help cover everyone's backside so we can keep playing and hopefully get a little more nooky on the side.
I'm probably a leading curmudgeon in the noobie tripod making business but I will offer compliments, where they're deserved - and any noobie wanting to know what the expected behavior here is should read your posts, starting with post 1. I've shared information with JDBoy even though he isn't a senior member (yet). It's because he's posted recon that I've found to be true. He got my trust the old fashioned way - he earned it. There ain't no entitlements here!
We all like to mix a little strange with our regular 'tang and no one likes to get ripped off or hassled (or worse) by LEO. When we find a good provider we like to share...but only with those we know won't hurt the hobby. So, if you're offended and don't feel welcome either get a thicker skin and take JDBoy's advice or leave. The group is pretty merciful to noobies who show their worth.

You raise a fine point, Waterdog. Not all noobs are scolded, nor should they be. In fact, many not only take the time to read and learn before jumping in, but when they do post, they make solid contributions.
For anyone looking for a great example of how to begin actively participating in this board, look at the recent posts by Alex_Westend. Not only does he share some very solid finds, but he has posted pictures as well. Great example for all of us to follow.
Stay safe & Happy hunting,

She just call me and gave me her new cell number, incase I needed anything. I drove around the known loops and did not see anything interesting.
