Has anyone else come up with a good answer for
When you are pulled over and asked where are you going?
AM I LEGALLY REQUIRED to answer that question?
Are you legally required to answer that question
I am not a lawyer, but from what i have read i believe the only questions that you are legally required I'd Registration Insurance. (maybe do you have a weapon, not sure). However, not having a good answer to that question will arouse suspicion and the police officer may spend more time and effort trying to find a reason to arrest you. I can also tell you from experience of driving on the stroll even if you have a reason, the police can issue you a warning and let you know that you are noted in their system for driving on the stroll for future reference.
