Boulder Highway

I met Kelsey or Chelsea with her goofball boyfriend Kevin and they asked me for a ride down Boulder Highway. She was friendly and he was quiet. Very pretty girl, slender, gorgeous tanned legs, dark hair with the left side of her head shaved, maybe 23 years old. She took my number so we could meet up later, and I thought she might ditch the BF and we could have some fun. She ended up calling me that night, but when I showed up, the BF was there and they wanted another ride and some money. I gave them a ride, gave her a couple of bucks, and told her to call me when she wanted to hang out. She was asking me if I partied, but I'm not looking for the kind of party they are.

She called me again a few days later, but I was already home. I called back the number she had called me from (not sure if she hung up or I dropped the call) and found out that they mooched $20 from the woman they borrowed the phone from.

Any info on her? She sure was sexy, but I didn't want to make a play while the boyfriend was sitting next to her.

I am not a lawyer, but from what i have read i believe the only questions that you are legally required I'd Registration Insurance. (maybe do you have a weapon, not sure). However, not having a good answer to that question will arouse suspicion and the police officer may spend more time and effort trying to find a reason to arrest you. I can also tell you from experience of driving on the stroll even if you have a reason, the police can issue you a warning and let you know that you are noted in their system for driving on the stroll for future reference.

Police can, and will detain you and / or arrest you for just about anything. (they don't give a shit that the bullshit charge will stick, they will just ruin your evening) So the cardinal rule is to not give them sass or act disrespectful at any time, or be evasive.

If you cannot come up with a reasonable answer to that question, you should not be cruising. Cmon guy, Vegas is the easiest place to answer that question. Simply answer that you are heading to whatever casino you are moving towards.

It is much harder to come up with a reasonable answer in many bad areas in some cities late at night. I have been pulled over countless times for the simple crime of being an old white guy in a black neighborhood. Yes, this is racism, it happens this way too. Most the time, they don't suspect I am on the hunt for pussy, they suspect I am there to buy drugs. Quite a few times I have been searched (for drugs). The one and only time I told them they couldn't search my car ruined my night. They simply said, OK, and we waited 3 hours for the K-9 unit to show up, and they had the dog sniff the car. It didn't signal, so they let me go.

My standard response now is that I am a real estate investor that specializes in buying abandos to flip. I say that I am looking at a few houses in the area, and the only way to get a good flavor of how bad the neighborhood is entails cruising around late at night in the neighborhood to see what activity there is. Works a charm.

It always gave me a perfect reason for being in the area either for checking out a street at night before I bought one or having an emergency repair to look after.

But yes. Be cooperative and always have an answer as to where you are going. It's simply best practice.

I was cruising highway Sunday around 5 pm and saw a super hottt BSW walking down the street close to Wal-Mart I mean beautiful girl, I turned in Wal-Mart went thru parking lot to the side street and there she was sitting on like a small bench, she had on a tan sexy dress and heels, playing on her phone not really looking around for customers, she saw me and went back to her phone LEO was everywhere, she seemed a little TGTBT, so I passed on her, she was beautiful, I wanted to approach her but it seemed too easy, what you guys think?
