If what you said was true, every underage girl who was consuming alcohol at a frat party would be charged with underage consumption when they claim date rape.

How many confidential informants are given a slide on minor drug offenses because they give tips to law enforcement on more serious crimes? Heck, even prostitutes have been CIs and permitted to keep 'working'.

As said, prostitutes are people too. They can say no. How long does the typical girl spend in jail for solicitation? 10 months? 18 months? If a man is convicted of forcible rape that's a 5-10 year sentence.
