Young Jess sounds wonderful, so wonderful that I made an appointment with her last week. Unfortunately, it did not go well. Mind you I was working late in my office in Carmel and drove 45 minutes, dressed in a suit and tie, very nice luxury vehicle, laptop in the back seat, sensitive client documents in my brief case. I would have been an idiot to roll down the window. I asked her what happened to our plans and she couldn't give me a straight answer. She kept trying (via text) to get me to come inside. I kept trying to understand what changed, she finally (reluctantly) talks to me, and THEN she starts to say she didn't agree to leave (maybe she thought my jacuzzi was portable and I would bring it inside with me). There was no way I was compromising the safety of my car and belongings and I went back home. It was clear to me the texting was not her, but whoever was coaching her would not allow her to leave. Wasted an hour and 15 minutes just driving back and forth, and the anticipation. I could have made arrangements with someone else, but it was too late.
