I am not a lawyer, but I AM familiar with the Process. Remember ANYTIME you are arrested OR given a citation of any kind, no matter what for, you have entered the criminal justice system. There are several things that occur. One of which is that you are entered into a database. No matter what the outcome of your case. (IE guilty or innocent) That outcome is recorded with your case. It is now on file (probably forever with the new electronic reporting systems that are currently implemented) The ONLY way it will be removed is if you are found innocent by a judge, AND you go through proceedings to have the record expunged. A whole process in itself. Again, a way to get more money for the legal profession. Also, read the citation, (small legal print) if you pay the fine, a plea of guilty will be entered. Which means that you will have a guilty verdict on your record (by your own admission) and that is that.

Now for the really disturbing news. Cops CAN and DO lie routinely. It is NOT a crime for them to do so. ALWAYS remember that. They can say, promise, or tell you anything to get you do comply with what they are after and it had absolutely NO bearing on the case or charge whatsoever.

As far as them having pros get in their cars. I have had both pros, and cops tell me that they did everything in the squad cars, from BBBJCIM to BB and or CFS just to pass the night away. That is one of the primary reasons that women were introduced in the cars to help cut down on that kind of behavior. I guess it did, except for the lesbo cop women who still allowed the pick up of pros. SO there you have it, the dim side of humanity.

Now you all DO know this is strictly my own personal opinion on this matter, and you have to do your own research to ascertain the truth of what I outlined above.
