Even if the rent is a few $K (2-3) a month -That is easily earned within the first few days. The rest is savings. Imagine the independents especially the Century Center and the Century Square ones. The regulars with many regulars. Year after year. The $$$ add up. They have the honey pot for their money pot. Even if they give a full hour that is a lot for the time we have with them.
