The girls in Camden / Kensington all look like boys with sweatpants and sneakers. But at the same time they complain that they have a hard time being picked up. That said, I believe it's just a NJ / PA thing because in other states like Seattle or California the women who work the street dress exactly like they're working at a strip club.

I did ask one girl on the ave why she doesn't dress up and she said it would bring too much attention her way particularly from LE and I would agree she has a point.
