Good news, Bad news.
Good news:

She asked for another 30 after our 2nd scheduled appt. Then another 15 minutes. So now we are 2 hours later than my scheduled appointment. Never mind. It was time to go to back-up. Would definitely not recommend she is a total waste of time.
