To us NSA (rightly) means there is no obligation outside the terms of the arrangement but within the arrangement there are definitely expectations around service for compensation. A lot of women think it means we pay them just for drawing breath.

On the other hand, I've also found women who do get it and enjoy those expectations, those are great situations.
