Things are going to be slow for a while inside Atlanta because of the whole Vernon Forrest murder. People are upset and LE is being upped and told to crack down. Especially during the day. You may be better served at night for right now but if it really looks quiet then too your best bet is to get the hell out of dodge. That goes for the Bluff, AUC, Metro and any other spot inside ATL for a few weeks. If you see it and it look good get it and go but I'm not going to be on it hard for a little while until I see how things shake out.

I noticed action starting up on Cheshire Bridge.
A week ago Saturday night - midnight or so, I saw a nice WSW showing a lot of skin and strolling around at least an 8 on the SW scale.
Tonight - 10ish there were two strolling around McD's and the gas station across the street. One gave me the eye as I was pulling out with my nuggets. Both around 6-7 scalewise.
Both times I had to deal with other issues and could not indulge.

I think your definition is spot on. To me, ghetto simply means a place where poorer people live.....and doesn't matter who they are. Plenty of Hispanic ghettos in/around Atlanta too.

As I was saying to the fellow MONGERS before interrupted....The Vernon Forrest thing is really messing up any street action for a minute because they are really serious about this right now. People have been complaining about the violence in Atlanta being on a steep incline and the PD is starting to look bad. Might be slow for a while now.
