RIP.[/QUOTE]I know how a girls attitude can become jaded after years of drug abuse I've seen them go from being great not only as providers but also as a person to somebody that if you do see them you have to feed them with a long handled spoon. I only saw her once and my experience was not one that would warrant a repeat visit, that being said this piece of crap takes her life. Now I don't know what happened, but to shoot her? I just don't get it I'm praying that Mr. Tough guy gets his. HL29.

To take someone's life is just so wrong nothing is never that bad. R. I. P.

Reading this story hit me like my sister was murdered by this violent person because is a sisterhood.

This is just the way I feel that all of us is in this life style together.

If it was any of us, we would of lost property, loss of pension and done 18 months for promoting prostitution.

The way they do the law any more, if your male and associated with a escort (driving her, dropping her off, running ads, or even photographing her) then your promoting, an 18th month felony. You don't have to have monetary gain in your association with her, the fact that your not stopping her from what she is doing when your with her is facilitation, and they interpret that as promoting.

Sheriff dude had monetary gain, negotiated with the johns (according to the evidence), provided the place and security, and they dropped the felony charge and gave him probation. Hopefully any other guy that has those charges pending now or in the future can use this case as precedence on their own case.

Rule number One is never talk to the police if you're arrested or being detained. Get your Lawyer right away. This is what the deputy did and knew never talk to police. You can't talk your way out of being arrested. Most people either don't understand this fact or they're scared and try to say they're innocent and saying stuff that can be used against them. NEVER TALK.

Number One thing to remember: The police do not have authority to make deals, grant immunity, or negotiate plea agreements. The only entity with that authority is the District Attorney in state court and the USA Attorney in federal court. Despite their claim that they are trying to help you, the only help police are providing when they take your statement is giving you rope with which to hang yourself.

As with this deputy and his wife and sister may be guilty, there may be mitigating factors which justify a lesser charge. This deputy may have committed a lesser grade of offense. And if given the opportunity to talk to an attorney first, the attorney may be able to explain to the suspect what facts are important in establishing that he is guilty of a lesser grade of an offense, and not a higher grade. A confession presented in this context to the District Attorney's office might result in a lesser charge and a more appropriate and fair penalty. My educated guess with this case.

Yeah the penalty would be like what "IslandDreams" stated in his post only because most people don't know what to do when arrested. The first Rule is never talk.

On another note, I hope that guy that got attacked the other day while seeing New Girl Melissa Ann, got lawyer up and drag their ass in court.
