I am not sure exactly when this board was created but I imagine it took awhile for guys to find this board and start contributing.
I am not sure if World Sex Guide is affiliated with USA Sex Guide but it had a couple of boards as well. The link below is probably their earliest website and has Memphis reports that date back to 1996. It is kind of surreal to go back and read those old reports, as most of them deal with strip club action on Brooks and streetwalker activity on Brooks in the 1990's.
