Finally decided to try and Dream about Sydney.

Was at the time trying to find a provider around the area on my phone. I was sitting there about 10 minutes when he pulled off university and blocked me into the spot. Never flashed his lights. Asked what I was doing out there. Never mentioned the hobby and neither did I, told me to be careful because it was a bad area and went about his way, tearing up university where a couple LEOs were chasing another vehicle with lights on.
