If you haven't seen anything yourself, all you're doing at this point is spreading rumors on a provider that's had nothing but positive reviews.

Lots of folks have had delay issues with RCC (and plenty of other providers). The reason you never get the real story is because the truth isn't what any client wants to hear. The truth is usually along the lines of another provider using the room, or the previous client still trying to bust a nut, or her needing to shower & reapply makeup because the last dude was super sweaty and ended with COF. This is part of the price we pay in this hobby if we want unrushed sessions without providers watching the clock.
