I'm sure you've seen their ads. I gave them an OK review about a year ago but this is a really unprofessional and rude group. Yesterday I called to schedule an appointment and they said to come on over, a girl is available. Call from the hotel parking lot revealed that the girl hadn't check in yet and asked me to wait 15 minutes.
