He went away to federal pen then she started dancing, he got out and made her quit, he went back in so she started dancing again. He was supposed to be out again in October. And he was of course in for drugs. So if we're lucky she flips on him, he stays away for awhile longer and she's back in the bar.

If she had been caught with a felony level of drugs she would have gone straight to county and it doesn't appear she was in county in the last week. There's a city record but not a county record. That's why I think the feds are going to push her to give them a bigger fish, maybe it's her boyfriend but it's probably some other dealer. Allie gets drunk and gets into fights. It doesn't seem like she would have the ability to be a big drug kingpin herself.

They must be holding her for feds.

In order for it to be federal it's either a big quantity or across state lines. My guess she was mule for one of her dealer friends and picking up something in Pittsburgh and got caught crossing stateline.

It should be public record but it's just s matter of where to find the info. I don't know if it happened out in mahoning or that's justwhere they're holding her. She had a case in akron & it looks like she got picked up on old main according to the muni court. They dismissed that drug abuse charge w prejudice for the feds to file it in federal court. The police used to have basic reports available on their site but now they don't seem to have that anymore. But based just on what I can see in the akron court it looks like she got picked up on 8/8, arraigned the same day, had that charge dismissed w / the plan for the feds to file on her then on 8/10 she shows up in mahoning. She could have been in a holding area until she was processed. I know how to find city and local court cases. I'm not sure where federal fort records would be found.

She got caught a case with a dope boy from OGD and she has an open case from feds when her house got raided about a month ago. About the time she started dancing. Feds locked all her bank accounts the she had her bf's money in while he was in prison. Even if she rolls on someone she is looking at some time.

How else does a municipal drug abuse case turn into a federal arrest?
