Here are my experiences so far:
Airport latinas. Usually not the pics, if they are at the Motel 6, park near the front. People will park next to or behind you while in there. Do not recommend any that are there.
Spas. Sun is my favorite. East / empire ok. Not sure about this new task force. But was reliable and a couple of the girls were knockouts.
Escorts in general. Overpriced, demons, BBFS offered too much, which makes me wonder about the overall state of the hobby here.
Anyone have anything reliable in Oldham County? I have a couple good UTR near the airport that are safe, not in a hotel, and reliable.
