She has a guy, they have a material disagreement she comes to town for some space, they make up and she goes back. The coming to town part lasts a day to several days. I haven't caught up with her either, but usually she lets me know when she is back.

The house itself almost felt like how they stage a house when it's on the market, just felt kind of 'empty' while being full of furniture. That was kind of weird. She went to the basement at one point, and I still suspect that maybe someone was down there. I never heard anything or saw anyone, though.
She's always been kind of 'nervous' during appointments. She'll talk a lot and move around a lot before getting to business. That always makes me a little nervous as it triggers some response in me that they're delaying for something. But every time I've seen her, she does that, and ultimately we still proceed with the plan.
I honestly wish she was a little more engaged, because everything else about her is banging. She feels great, and just a little enthusiasm would make it more than worth it. I paid a little extra to open the menu up a bit, so I just wish she'd help me out a bit haha.
