When looked on Google maps it showed Lowes on Lowes way next door to the FBI at 59 Lowes way. Did not know they were in town.

Going by the description of the place, I'm betting he meant on 28 on the boarder of methuen / salem.

Haven't been to Rosemary in ages and decided to pull the plug. Went there a week ago, and let's just say the atmosphere hasn't change and the workers are friendly as always (based on my past visits) and they make me feel at ease and at home. Was greeted warmly by Sally. Looks to be a middle-aged lady. I never have any expectations being away for such a long time but she definitely blew them out of the water. Opted for a medium and hot stones, and it was a really therapeutic experience. I feel like people don't ask for / try hot stones enough and I can personally vouch for how nice it feels. Visited Lotus in Tewksbury. Lisa is a one woman operation. She's an older woman (I am guessing late 40's early 50's) who is attractive. She immediately made me feel at ease. Massage was good.
