1. It's in a nice residential neighborhood; heck Buddies East Lansing is right behind it.
2. There used to be a legit massage place a building away or so ran by the folks who run the local Chinese takeout there.
3. There is a LARGE Asian population in the apartments a block away or so.

So when and if Paradise opens there will be three parlors on Lake Lansing rd.

Between 16 and 17 Mile roads. There is 4 Chinese massage parlors on Rochester Rd and another less than a mile down on 17 Mile and John are. 5 massage parlors in a 1 minute drive.

As I said earlier, I called and was told they are in East Lansing. Then I was hung up on. Later that day I drove out there. To East Lansing and called again. Rang and rang. I drove by the place this afternoon to check it out and I noticed that the Meridian Township had placed a Stop Work Order on its window. Apparently Paradise did not get the proper building permits to start remodeling the building. Who knows how long before it opens now.
