Look at craigslist throughout the day and reply to ads. Then sift through all the spam replies and people playing games. Post your own ad on what you are looking for and again weed through the spam and game players. It can be a time consuming feat.

Most UTR girls only want their information given out to senior members or people another senior recommends. A lot of them do not want their information given out to new people because they do not know them, and we probably do not know them either.
