Took an afternoon trip to MV yesterday. I know it's Monday afternoon but I expected more out of the legendary MV. Slow Sunday night I just had a somewhat annoying time with a girl I know a rushed deal. Why oh why did I go except that some ditzy Mons dancer weeks previously told me a bunch of misinformation about the rooms there and so forth what I could expect. Turns out she didn't know squat I should have let the reviews here guide me they were spot on even if a bit light and not damaging enough to what a crooked operation this is.

So anyway I walk in and a few chicanos were having a heated argument at the door but I just bulled right through I guess I had a chip to from the previous encounter and you know what happens you never have a good strategy when pissed. So I'm in and some big old cow is there at the bar I don't see much else. Hell she was ok but Mons we know have better I will be back just to get this bad taste out of my mouth.

So I'm grabbing this pos she turned out to be and talking then I don't waste time its late I make my request. She comes back about a VIP room for 400 I say stop right there then blah blah blah back and forth I tell her what I wa stold then she goes on to the room in that bat belfree of a space ship for 200 I was so pissed because of the previous thing I went for it like a sucker. I lost all controls because my attitude was unravelled I didn't see it but there were indicators soon after I accepted and she leads me up those steps to hell that first indication something was wrong she asked me if I washed my hands-SOB I knew it now come the excuses.

I had a chance to quit but it happened. Glad some old girls came back into town and they called me I should feel better after tonight. So I pay the money we go in she starts dancing places some shit on my knees a clother I start to grab her to position her and thats when it happened she started talking some crap I don't know what but I wasnt in control and ima control freak so I put my foot on her ass and pushed her out the booth and got up to follow out.

I'm standing there looking down at the cashier woman I said thats my money I want it back. Well you know goddamn well that wasnt going to happen I just wanted to make a scene and push it hard as I can without the two muscle heads coming up to see whats what. Good thing it was hot withthe chicanos downstairs unnerving them I had so leaway and just stood there hoovering over my money I was waving good by too I told her "you didn't even post it to the register I want the damn money back thsi be* her (and she is standing there looking innocent pissing me off more) and keep 50 I got this lying be here saying one thing to get me up here then not delivering is that how you people operate like thieves.

Course she said she couldn't give it back I didn't care nor listen what she said I knew from day one 1974 my friend Dominic got rolled so to speak and nothing had change but at least I would let her hear it and I blasted off and long as needed then went off. It didn't phase her and what could I do with cams and such but now all I see is 2001. Its the focus of my ire and I've got lots of time to wait for that proverbial dish served cold.

They focus on the out-of-town visitors and they are overpriced and rarely live up to expectations unless you can get some take-out. Mons really does try to have the best looking girls in town. They are really picky. But other than a HJ in a dark corner area, there is little to be had because there is really no privacy in the club. Joe does that on purpose, I am sure. Over the years they have been raided as Joe is always in the political spotlight, but nothing ever comes of it.

Odyssey is also overpriced, but they can actually have some action upstairs or in some of the rooms. Like the rooms behind the one-way glass near the front door. I have found some action either place, but not much in the rooms near the stairway, as there always seems to be somebody around there checking on something. A little HJ action in the single dance rooms used to take place, but they had the shortest dances in the city.

A girl I knew really well got choked upstairs by an agressive customer a few years ago, as nobody was really watching. The girl they sent to the upstairs desk to time the session was ignoring everything up there. I have had offers of HJ there, and offers of take-out, but that was quite a while ago. When I got a little smarter, I realized that these two places were for guys with money to burn, and that wasn't me.

I went to YS for a while when I visited the area and it was pretty good before it was bought out. Not sure of it any more. Now if I get over to Tampa area I just drive straight on through and go to Clearwater or even up to Holiday, but it is a long drive. More action for less money. A lot less. I hit the clubs on 66th or on 19th near Ulmerton or up near Gulf to Bay.

Sorry you got ripped off at Odyssey, but a lot of guys do. Including me a while back.

I haven't seen many reviews on Platinum off Dale Mabry just S. Of 275 so I thought I'd post my recent experiences. I usually go in the day time, so I can't speak to how they are at night. They offer a full bar and as for the girls, they usually have 3-4 on day shift. Most of them are african american (some dark, some much lighter). You will not see any stage shows during the day, but the girls are very accomidating in the back. Not saying any names, but there is a younger very thin black girl that is very accomidating and a 35ish hot black girl (light skinned could pass for a latino) that is a lot of fun in the back. $.25 gets you a VIP for 15mins and I have always left happy. Given my usual day time availability and location, I go here as opposed to YS or Vegas in St. Pete. While occasionally I'll be asked for a tip, I decline and always just pay room fees and thats worked just fine. YMMV but bang for the buck, this place scratches my itch without going too far and for reasonable prices.

Was looking for some inexpensive fun, so I hit some of the Drew Park clubs. What a waste of time: homicidal looking customers, girls who were only 3s and lousy DJs. Went by Platinum and then girls there weren't my type. Made one last try at Envy on Kennedy and found two cute spinners. Both under 5 feet and one is just GORGEOUS. Drinks are overpriced and VIP room is good. Overall, I'd go back for the 2 spinners.

Yesterday I dreamt I was at Envy with a major plumbing problem. The place is dark, loud, but Reina at the bar is very fun, upbeat, and knows how to tease. Drinks are average priced for the area. There are a couple of 9s (Carmen is the cutest). Met with a much older gem (Diamond) , who was very flirtatious (but speaks poor English). There are usually 4-10 girls during day shift and some of them are 7-9's which I am always in the mood for. I've had plenty of HJ and BJ action in any and all the rooms. I prefer YS during the day but the priced are similar and the drive is shorter for me.

I've had some success at YS lately. But damn, I wish it was nonsmoking,. Not only do I leave with stripper glitter all over me but I smell like an ash tray too. Any, way back to the visit. Had several dances. All the girls were pushing pretty hard for the VIP, harder than I remember in the past, but I made the mistake of doing that once and it just wasn't worth it.
