Ah yes..here is the whole 'newbie' thing from the provider side of things. Now maybe those who don't understand why we give the newbies a hard time when they have one post asking for all sorts of info can understand. So a newbie joins and asks me for info about xxx and I give it to them. The area is mixed-use and the residential units there are very expensive. This one in particular is very expensive ( $1mm), and owned by an entity. I've been told that the owner may have a role in some things, but the person who told me may not really know who the owner is.

All of this is to say: for those that fear (perhaps excessively) for safety, tread very carefully. Thanks for the added info. Guess things have changed since '07. Back then she had a decent place and I know she had a job part of which she did at home (won't comment on what but it was a decent one). After an unavoidable disapointment last week (nature sucks) I was planning on my first foray since October.
