Passed through town, and the way back to my hotel I swung through the Metropolitan Pkwy area. It's a black ghetto, as most of you know. At 2 am on a Sat morning the section on metro just north of University Ave was very active, dozens of girls, lots of activity on the side streets north of University Ave towards downtown -- you can see the guys cruising around back there. I saw no police on this particular night -- I would imagine the cops are out on some nights or at some times, but I didn't see any in 30 min.
