Should we seek clearance before posting info?
You and Booby are totally confused. There ain't no raid last Friday on Ward. Search the net again. Honolulu Advertiser. That raid on a Friday was from October 2006. Jesus!
Regardless of whether Booby's post was accurate, I still say I presented the information for what it was worth, received from a provider and confirmed by more than one other provider. According to Ocolumbo if it is not on TV or the Star Advertiser then it didn't happen.
Next time I will be sure to clear all rumors with Ocolumbo who will be serving as assistant moderator. Ocolumbo if you don't want to see my posts feel free to put me on your ignore list.
Maile at Maile's Thai Bistro
Does anyone know if she was a former hostess or anything? I know some of them work in restaurants or go into that business after their hostessing days.
She is seriously HOT!

So what constitutes entrapment?
When I did the LE check, we were already walking to her fake in-call on a dark narrow side-street behind Queen Kapiolani Hotel. Even if I had walked away, her partner, the undercover plain-clothes officer would have gotten me. My mistake and I hope I don't make the same one again was when she offered 100 for BJ, CFS, Anal, and she even offered a shower. Then when she asked if have the money, I should've said no and just walked away instead of saying yes.
Stay Safe,
H47
She put the ad in the BP. She told him where to meet her. She lead the conversation, and even talked about the money.
All he did was say yes. That's got to be entrapment.
To add insult to injury, he had no priors! Meaning, that that could have been the first time he ever ventured into the
Realm of prostitutes. If it was a persons first time ever responding to an ad, then it's got to be entrapment. Then anybody
Would have responded!
I give up! That's you should only do known establishments!
Maybe Location is the key
Hinns,
Real escorts will rarely, if ever, quote prices for BJ, FS or other sexual acts over the phone or in person. If they mention that to an undercover officer, THEY get busted. They will let you know you pay them for their time and company, and quote a price for an hour. 2 hours or whatever but NEVER mention it is for sexual services. So NEVER ask about the price for sexual acts. If a girl quotes you prices for any sexual servces, say "no thanks! Sorry I misunderstood your ad and WALK!
Might have to stay away from meeting points like Kakaako (Obama's friend) , Queen Kapiolani and Restaurant Row. Or heed the above message like a mongers law! Be safe out there.
That's how it went down then.
This is an exceptionally valuable posting. Gives some insight into HPD sting tactics. Sorry it had to happen to you, Hinns47.
Well that's how it went down that time, we got to know that they (le) are constanty monitering this as well as other sites, so we can expect one thing, if they do it again things will be different, oh and BTW I still see the ad in BP, if I'm not mistaken, isn't it the ad that has the I'm adress or name louann or something like that, someone correct me if bi am wrong. Has the I'm adress or name louann or something like that, someone correct me if bi am wrong.
It happened to me in 2005

Just came across this:

She's from Hawaii and used to strip. Anyone ever remember seeing her? She's fucking HOT!
From a practical standpoint.
No. Entrapment is a form of coercion, while what you're describing is entirely voluntary.
This is a legal bust:
Undercover cop says "Would you like this forbidden thing for $$?"
You say "Yes."
This is not:
Cop (undercover or not) says "Buy this forbidden thing or we'll hurt you in some fashion."
That's entrapment.
The officer can offer you anything they want and once you voluntarily agree to pay the jig's up.
Other myths:
The LE check is total hogwash. Feeling each other up means nothing.
They don't have to state whether or not they're a cop. If they did they'd never be able to go undercover.
What you are saying is that LE has to kidnap you, handcuff you and gag you, before it's entrapment.
They must think we're stupid, to pass a law like that!
Something's wrong with that law. That wouldn't fly in the OLD USSR. Communist Russia! I guess what they say in Mexico is true.
That when they come to the USA they lose a lot of freedoms! I guess they're right!
