I lived in/around Lindenwold for a few years in the mid 00's, and I think I am familiar with the apartments that you speak of. I don't know what kind of activity is going on there now, so I will refrain from using the actual name of the complex, and instead use the nickname we gave it then: Little Camden.

Anyway, around 05, there was a big bust in the complex. One of the apartments got taken down bigtime. I have been to Broadway a million times, never once do I see Dyan, WTF!

As for the seasonal affect, of course the selection is better around the summer.
