While on duty, the KITV news team came to my work place ( about a week ago) to set up a camera crew to cover a story for the 5pm news. I saw some long tanned legs and asked to get a picture with her.

I have friends in the business and I have used screening services when I was providing FS, but never would you have to join a monthly site.
Date Check and RoomService2000 are the only verification sites that you had to join anything, and date check is free with a referral. Even the most strict provider with a need for all levels of screening doesnt want you to join a site, it is surely a scam.
