Are you not paying ANY attention to the news? Right now, I wouldn't go anywhere near someone I worked with if my life depended on it. Especially in an occupation that doesn't have any women in it. During my time at Microsoft, I saw several guys suddenly disappear after "hooking up" with team members. That's way too much money to lose. I'd just go get a hooker.

The one woman I spoke to (that got a guy removed from our team) said, that she did it because she was afraid of how her career would be affected if she didn't do it. They were peers and he wasn't her supervisor. Internally, I called bullshit, but I think that is the situation we are in now. I know for a fact that there are guys that were completely off base, but I also believe that many women are taking advantage of the current climate to get revenge on people that screwed them over in the past. I'm quietly waiting for the drunken hookups that I had in the past to show up and say that I'm a bigger pervert than I am.

The harassment stuff came to a head in the 80's much like recently. Guys got transferred with required sensitivity training, but rarely lost their jobs back then, many accusations were true and many were witch hunts started by batshit crazy psycho bitches. The work place is not the place to hunt, including peers, it's future ammunition whenever or if she chooses. Easier and safer ways to get pussy.

I will be visiting the first week of February and will be staying in a hotel. I will not be mobile, so the walking scene is out. Are there any decent providers out there?
