I have had 3 doubles sessions.
1 was extremely sexual and fun. Laughing, joking, playing. No full service but pretty much everything else but in a fun, kind of non sensual way. We just had a lot of fun.
1 ended up being ehh. 1 of the girls was fun but the other rushed to get me to finish quick. The other girl actually apologized to me after the session. Was more like 2 solo sessions at the same time if that makes sense.
This last one was unreal. Most sensual 45 minutes I have ever had. Again. No FS, or even any kind of oral, just good old fashioned rubbing and kissing. All 3 of us enjoyed each other and all 3 of us finished. With the exception of The act, it was literally like a scene from a movie.
After over analyzing things like I tend to do, I have come up with this. In all 3 of the above, I had seen each girl solo before the doubles session so we were all familiar with each other. The difference I found was on this 3rd one, I had seen each of the providers many more times and have had unreal solo sessions with each, and they were very familiar with each other as well. Was funny, one of them texted me later in the day saying something to the effect of. "Wow, I have never seen her like that, watching her opened the door for me to really get into it. That was the funniest session we have done together yet. ".
Obviously every situation will be different but for me, the fact that I was extremely familiar with both of them. 1 of them I have seen over 100 times and the other is fairly new to me but I have been seeing her once a week regularly and I have great chemistry with both. And the fact that they were very familiar with each other made all the difference. I am actually going to make this a weekly thing. It was that much fun. Though I know that 4 of the 6 girls above are FS providers, all of them told me that FS does not happen in their doubles sessions, I was actually surprised that oral was ok in the first session. PD or HX would be best if you are looking for that experience, not a spa. I am sure there are exceptions out there though.

As for your question, it's whatever you want it to be. They do have actual CMTs if you just want a massage.
