Especially when it comes to staying away from girls whose ads I really initially liked. It's all about doing your homework, and somebody has to take those first steps.

Finally, don't promise services over the phone and fail to deliver in person or attempt to "upsell" later. More on this later but for now just tell us what you will and won't do and then stick to it. We will respect your limits if you will do us the courtesy of explaining them prior to the session.

There are two common incall types, personal residence and "bargain" hotel. While either is fine with us, safety is our number one priority with discretion a close second. If your incall is in a high crime area or you have "flaky" roommates you might consider working out of a hotel room. Most of us prefer the bargain hotel chain as we can get in and out anonymously and security is usually acceptable. Also, try to keep the appearance of cleanliness / order in your incall. If your apartment or hotel room is messy, smells bad, or has evidence of illegal activity it's going to be noted in the review. The better providers all seem to maintain an incall that appears reasonably clean and feels safe. It's one of the reasons they are able to maintain a steady stream of repeat business.

I think that there are quite a few girls that might read and take heed of a few of these tips. While I don't think the "rec'ed out" zombie types or the repeat scammers can be helped by it, in my opinion there are quite a few girls out there that are close to being the type of provider we are all after. There are also some that are quite hot that seem to be taking the wrong approach altogether, maybe this will help them turn it around. I personally would love to see the BP providers who are trying to make a legitimate income at the hobby bring it up a notch. While I agree that posting about how to avoid scams and ripoffs would be a good topic, it's not the subject that I chose to cover this time. In my opinion, the best resource for avoiding a bad or potentially dangerous experience is this forum. A little homework before attempting to schedule a session seems to go a long way in my book. With your status as a senior member and the number of posts to your credit (kudos for that), maybe you could put something together that would help us navigate those waters.

And a lot of the other stuff we complain about? If these girls were highly organized and had their lives together, they wouldn't be in this business.
Service delivery – the first 5 minutes:
First impressions are EVERYTHING! The first 5 minutes are probably the most important in setting the tone of the engagement with your client, especially if this is a first meeting. If you have followed the basics covered in the previous incall section you are halfway there. In order to complete the "good first impression" you should be as attractive as possible when you answer the door. While this doesn't necessarily mean a cocktail dress and high heels, something pretty and casual that plays to your strengths is perfect. A hoodie and sweatpants, cigarette dangling from your mouth, etc. Is definitely the wrong way to start. Also, being freshly showered or at least looking and smelling clean goes a long way. For the high volume days showering between sessions might be a little much, however you should still take a few minutes to "freshen up" and attempt to appear as if it's your first session of the day. This should help set a relaxed tone and help your client feel at ease. It's at this point where specific services are discussed (not negotiated) and the financial matters are dealt with.
Service delivery-standard services:
Whether your services are GFE, non GFE, PSE or whatever it is typically understood that the standard services to be delivered during your session are BJ (covered or BB), and CFS. The preferred method for delivering the BJ and the one most likely to garner a repeat visit is the BBBJ. CFS is typically a multi position affair with the start typically in the CG position and the finish either Mish or Doggie. If you have any limits regarding these standard services, these are best addressed during the advertising or communication phases of the engagement so that everyone has the proper expectations for the session. The biggest problems with service delivery is not usually the performance but rather with unmet expectations. If everyone understands exactly what is included in the rate before the session there is a much better chance of meeting or exceeding the client's expectations. A couple other turnoffs which will likely show up as negative feedback in your review: Please do your best to stay off your phone while in session, it's disrespectful and tends to make us nervous. Also, please don't smoke in your room or during the session. Many of us have to go home to family and it's much easier when we don't have to answer why our clothes smell like cigarette smoke.
Service delivery – post session:
Have some method of cleanup and disposal of used equipment prepared and ready for your client. This can be a clean towel or cloth, wet wipes, or similar. Unscented is preferred and you can offer to assist with the cleanup or let your client handle it. If the session seemed to go well, now it the time to discuss communication methods for future visits. It's important to the clients that you understand and follow any protocols associated with contacting the client. Some folks prefer no contact while others may be open to receiving communication from you as long as you follow the rules. It's at this point where you can send your client on his way. If you have followed the guidelines above you can rest assured that the client is leaving happy and will likely repeat.

There's really no harm in providing this info and it just might improve the situation for all of us. Really when you think about it, all the successful UTR's and low profile ladies tend operate this way. At some point in the past they may have been BP girls struggling to figure it out or stuck in a bad situation. I know for a fact that there are one or two out there that are trying to figure out how to get to that next level. Whether they can get it together remains to be seen but for now at least the information is out there.
As for whether or not anyone is paying attention, I have seen a couple of ads in the last 24 hours promoting their new pictures.

I you know that providers at least have someone telling them what is on this site. There have been many the occasion a provider has been disappointed of the review she received from me. Whether they read it themselves our someone reads to them is irrelevant. They are getting the message and that is reason enough to post this information.
A suggestion to folks who don't see the value of these posts is to put the poster on your ignore list. You'll no longer have read their post or be tempted to negatively respond to something you clearly disapprove. Without a doubt that's what I've had to do with more than one poster here.
