Never say anything at all if the cops pull you over. Just say, "sorry, but my attorney says never talk unless he's here". That's it. Give them your license and registration, maybe say you're going home, and that's it. You don't get any benefit by being cool with them, because they aren't cool.
Cops are trained to try to trick you into saying things that they can use against you. If you mention Juules, they might ask if you were vaping while driving, and if they can see your vape pens. Then they'll start looking for an excuse to search for vape pens with pot in them.

Also put your phone in your cup holder and face it toward your window and turn it on. They hate that but 100% legal. I have a note ready in my car at all times that reads "with all due respect, I am exercising my right to remain silent and not answer any questions" if they continue to ask keep pointing to the note. If you start to speak they can say your speech sounds slurred and continue questioning it even ask you to step out of the car. If they ask you to step out of the car, shake your head no and point to the note. If you are forced to, then take your phone with you and keep recording. Do not speak and do not be intimidated. That's what they want. They are pulling you over to try and trip you up and to show others they are pulling people over so they will leave the area. As long as you are not doing anything illegal, you can drive around 1000 times and there is not a damn thing they can do about it! Heely is putting pressure on.
