Complete newbie here. Pardon my ignorance. In case a spa gets busted, is it just the girls taken into custody, or the clients too? If the client just intends to get massage, will the client gets arrested unless caught in an awkward position?

I would think they have to get the girls to accept pay for play to arrest them. If they catch a John getting laid they would have a hard time proving that you paid her but that wouldn't stop them from making your life hell, unless they actually see the money change hands. My guess is the girls are most at risk of being busted but we can get hit too. Even if they can't make charges stick they can make life hell for you.

I have been to quite a few spas in Charlotte, but nothing came close to Athena and EOS. Fabulous girls. So sad, they have been shut down. Have not been a fan of AMPs. Are there any other good spas, particularly with young Latina or Caucasian girls?
And what are the chances of Athena and EOS being re-opened, and after how long? Any thoughts?

Athenas, EOS, and possibly NICE. I do not live in Charlotte but visit often and my preference is these american spas. Any insight from you locals on what you may have heard would be helpful. Why did they leave the asian spas alone?

I'm thinking of going for a quick HH over lunch at Galaxy. Two questions:
1. If I do half hour, but tip normal (3 or 4), still going to get HE? What would be a good tip on a HH for HE?
2. Can I get HE if I pay house fee with card, but tips in cash?
And now back to the reviews of spas that have not been busted.
Had my second visit with CiCi at CTS, this time for an hour. I'll leave out the specifics in the open forum, but suffice it to say she's the hottest and most sensual Chinese girl I've seen, perhaps ever. Not sure yet if there's a limit to the menu, but what was available was awesome. I tend to connect well with the Asian ladies, so no guarantees about how others might fare, but she's definitely my new favorite. This time no mention of tip at all. Gave her the $ I had available for a tip, but she didn't even look at how much as she walked me to the door. She's going to get a lot of my money.
Also, there was a sign set up outside the building saying that the area was under video surveillance and monitored by CMPD. Not sure if that's real or what could be done with such information outside the row of MPs there, but at a minimum it's a scare tactic. Didn't let it stop me, and I have plenty to lose if outed.
Any ideas on this?
They were in the process of installing it when I went almost hit the guy on the ladder when I opened the door. They were putting it in the lobby between the doors. I asked about it but she only said she thought it was a camera and did not know more. I am guessing landlord had it installed may or may not have been at the direction of the police. I know one tactic is to put the landloard on the hook for renting to a business that promotes prostitution and can prosecute them. In reality it's a licensed business but like others have said they don't have to win in court to ruin your life and cost you a bunch of money.
