Found the news story. It was indeed a sting along the NPR stroll on April 1st, operation named accordingly. As Mack said, it was during drive-home hours as a couple of the mongers were picked up in their work vehicles. Bummer!

That's the last few weeks after a slight hiatus. It's still very quiet out there compared to last year but a few more girls are starting to pop up. There are a few of the regular night girls still at their slumber party. Angel was one of those until last week.
It's been quiet here in the SW section, hoping there's still some action that's just not being reported on.

From reading the SW thread, it seems that the talent is lacking in NPR! That's not a good way for the Rook to come back in town! LOL.
It's been a bit slow out there and quiet in here. Hopefully your presence here means we'll be getting some veteran Rook reports, which should change the latter.

I have had some good luck with a few BP gals in NPR but will def start checking out the action or lack of action on the NPR stroll.
I'm definitely looking forward to, as I'm sure many of us are, some photo reports from our NPR girls. Not sure what daytime looks like on the stroll, but there seems to be a few new girls around after dark. But as a whole, for some reason, it's been much, much slower out there.
Sunday night I saw who I I think was BP Heather, but as I moved in for the scoop she waved me past saying uncle was in near proximity. Passed and got the hell out of there. It was a dark, non lit area so I'm not positive on the I'd.

Took a spin last night just to see who might be out. Started around Mile Stretch and cruised up to the bridge. I had spotted a girl wlking down Bonita, but by the time I was done at the Speedway, she was gone. Didn't see anybody up to the bridge and back. Wasn't planning to stay out late so headed back down Mile Stretch. I spotted a thin white girl standing / strolling at one of the side streets. I circled around as another car pulled down the street. I figured I got outscooped but she was still there. Offered her a ride and after afew seconds of hesitation she jumped in. She definitely looked like she was looking to get picked up but didn't act it initially. We started small talking, never once mentioning anything about what we we looking for or money. She was just looking to ' hang out', as her friend ditched her for the night. We get ti my spot still not having said a word about money or any act (She did mention a friend had some guys who paid for female comanionship). The underlying feeling was of course that she was looking to make some money. We get to my spot and I offered a donation. She agreed and wasted no time getting undressed.

Headed home to a great nights sleep. Got her digits but did not inquire about sharing as I truly do not think she's regular or comfortable walker (by her hesitation to take me up on my offer for a ride). Ill feel her out when I see her again (no pun). It was a good night. Damage was. 45.
