Well Ashley is back from her extended vacation and the same day she blew up my phone. So since she just completed her vacation I decided I would sample her wears. Ran through the cocoa loop and missed out on a blonde so drive through the Titusville loop and didn't find much around midnight but made a few more laps and low and behold I find not 1 but 3 WSW on tropic. It does worry me in that I thought she might agree to work with Uncle, get in my car, park, and the coppers come swooping out of the woods with guns drawn. There's a Melbourne ordinance in that allows a cop to impound your car based on suspicion. I've attached the PDF discussing it.

All a cop needs to do is spot a known SW in or getting into your car. That gives him "cause" to pull you over and impound it.

IMO: The SW doesn't have to do a thing except to be the bait and earn brownie points towards her sentencing.

First, before the car is impounded, the owner / driver has to have been arrested and charged with a crime. An arrest is required prior to impoundment of the car. And second, and more specifically, the charge had to be for soliciting prostitution or illegal drugs. Now if you or the SW has drugs then you may be out of luck. On the other hand, if no drugs, it would be her word against yours as to whether or not you where soliciting. On the other hand, a recording of your conversation asking the young woman if she needed a drive to the 7-11 might be persuasive! Then again, that is why I have never picked up a SW because in the end even without an arrest I just wouldn't want my name or picture appearing in the newspaper.

I posted an article, dtd March 2000 about a Melbourne ordnance. My paranoia had woke up. After PMing with another member, I went thru the Melbourne city website and was unable to find said ordinance. Maybe it was rescinded. I am not a trusting person. If a SW gets popped, I will never partake of her services. There are a couple of hookers that got popped in Orlando years ago. They are currently advertising in the Orlando backpage women seeking men. I refuse to consider either of them.
