So I was in TJ this past Saturday and decided to give the Deja Vu club a visit while I was there. I was curious about the place, and wanted to check it out at least once. It was a large super nice looking and clean club, but at almost 10 pm on a Saturday, there was barely a dozen or so people in there. Apparently, you do not need a passport but you may have difficulty getting into Mexico and you will certainly have issues getting back (as in, you will probably have to go through secondary screening which can take as long as the agents want to screw with you). I have never had Mexican authorities stamp my passport. I use my passport to get in and Global Entry Card to come back and never have to stand in line either way. If you are asking how many girls you can fuck for $400 in TJ, the answer is probably 4 or 5 club girls or maybe a dozen model quality street girls.
I take the trolley, walk across, Uber to the ZN, have fun for two or three hours, have some great tacos, Uber to the border, take the trolley home and have never spent more than $150, most times never over $100.
But don't just take my word for it, go back a couple of pages and read the accounts from several guys who did their first crossing. A few had bad experience (mostly because they didn't follow suggestions or over thought it) and a few that had the best times in their lives.

Recently took the plunge to try out TJ. It was not disappointed at all. Stayed in a hotel near HK for a few nights with friends. We would walked to HK to fuck a hot girl before breakfast. Had taco. Head back. Rest. And then go out to HK again for round two of the day. Also tried Adelita next door. The girls are also good. Slightly cheaper than HK. Checked out the street girls multiple times but couldn't find anyone worthy fucking.

Most of the time I can just walk straight into Mexico and only have to stop for the x-ray machine if I brought overnight bag with me. I think maybe 2 or 3 times did they have a security person on the Mexican side who stopped me and asks me why I'm going into Mexico. I just tell them I'm going to the Hong Kong club, and they just tell me to behave and stay out of trouble and that's it.
As for money, that all depends on what you go after. A street girl can cost you $20-$30 for a 10 minute quickie, but there's normally a $5-ish room fee, and you need to tip the guy a couple dollars who cleans the room after your done. Club girls can cost you about $100-$125 for a hour, plus room fees if you're not staying at the hotel connected to the club. I also never get mexcian pesos and pay with everything in USD. Most places in the Zona Norte will take USD, and some places will actually prefer USD over the peso. I always tell them that if they have to cross without a passport, to bring a drivers license and a copy of their birth certificate. They never have a problem and none of them have ever been taken for secondary screening.
The Border Patrol HAS to allow you into the country if you are a US citizen. The issue is proving that you are. If they cannot satisfactorily check your identity at the main booth, they will take you to secondary screening. It may take hours for them to screen you, but they will let you in.

For the clubs, no you don't. They'll only ask for I'd if you don't look old enough. If you plan on getting a overnight room, the hotels will ask for I'd, and usually your driver's license is good enough for that. I did have one ask for my passport as my I'd instead of my license.

Even in Hong Kong you can get $60 during the day for all but the hottest. The room is $19 at Hong Kong, a bit less at the other clubs. Monday-Wednesday you can get a room for the whole day at the Adelitas hotel for $20, so that's a nice perk if you plan on taking up those girls. Walked the Pedwest, and uber from Tijuana side to Hotel Ticuan. Would definitely repeat a stay here. Though seriously considering Hotel Cascadas next visit or somewhere closer to there. But, if I can't get some of the agencies to send a girl, will probably not.
Didn't venture out too much otherwise, but next trip will be more adventurous.

Trip was Sun to Tues, so I know that it was some weird days, but if Sun / Mon is a slow day at Hong Kong, how the fuck do you move about in that place? Honestly, didn't pull anything from HK, as it was loud, busy, and I was just enjoying the scenery.
Did pull one from Angelita bar, that I could have sworn was Asian. Hot, spinner (think stick with tits) with man made C / D / range. Straight to business in the room, and was worn the fuck out after the finish.
Opted on the last day to try the New Body Elite Spa. Pricy and to be honest, while it was relaxing, not sure that I would repeat there. They offer a couple of different packages and services. The package I opted for was a 45 minute massage, 30 min with the girl of my choosing, and a sauna / steam room. Best part was the massage therapist, who beat the shit out of me on the massage. Hurt like hell initially, but felt great for a couple of days afterwards. Pretty sure she (I think) could outfit me or half the board. The30 minus with the girl where underwhelming, and an odor that she blamed on the lube! My ass it was the lube, and before you ask, it wasn't my ass either.
Stayed at Hotel Ticuan for the trip, and room was very nice and clean. Had to ask for extra towels after the girls visited, but otherwise no issues. Bartenders took good care of me. Probably some with indigenous blood, although some are truly of Asian heritage. More in South America, but it's not unheard of in Mexico.
