The bottom line is, it's all a risk and it all depends on the girl, and what mood she's in. I've gotten shit service from regular girls, and the only way to keep them in line is to let them know that it will cost them later on because they won't hear from me for a while if they don't treat me right EVERY TIME. As for paying new girls a bunch of money, my experience is that if a girl asks for more money than I expect to pay, it ends there. She'll try to get you to cough up any money she can get, but the service will reflect her dissatisfaction almost every time. Girls see us as a source of money, and they don't want to hear that we don't have as much money as they think. I have been in several Midwest Cities for street action and my first experience was in my City of Cincinnati, in the 70's and at the time I paid Ten bucks for FS, from a young WSW about 5-7 years older than I was at the time.
My Favor place was Detroit before the Casinos came, and the was in the late 80's till mid 90's and the place was 20-30 bucks for FS with then a WSW 10years or more younger than me. In Vegas it is a matter of Luck, Timing, and Reading the Post from this Forum. Really Vegas is more like 75-100 for none residents / tourist.
