It hasn't been nude in several years so I would take what she is saying with a grain of salt. As for sex at a local club I have no first hand knowledge but it so it's probably the one you guessed.

The only club I know for sure that fucking goes on in is Sparkys in Fayetteville I've heard of a couple in Greensboro but this the first time I've heard Raleigh in a few years.

They've closed, meaning there's no full nude clubs left, as far as I know. Pure gold tried full nude briefly, but that was way back, before they moved and changed owners / name to Cheetah's.

More people talks about it in the StripClub thread under Fayetteville.
