The rich have been buying up trailer parks and raising the rents on the lots. They may own the trailer but they don't own the land under it so you can't be poor and live in a trailer either. All of this is so damn wrong so a few can line their pockets.
Yes its wrong its criminal for the govrnment in any state to allow accessive prices on land and homes. The level of greed is insane. Sevral stores in charlotte was busted for price gaugeing dollar general I think was one of them. Not all but one in particular. In some countries poor people live in sweat shops these huge buildings not called prisons but they are. They work all week not allowed outside until the weekend to go spend what little money they made. They can't afford housing so they ether on the streets which leads to prison and sweat shop for free or live in one. America seems to be heading in that direction. People have their eyes wide shut until its to late. When a house is valued at 50k after covid its valued at 200k its not inflation its done on purpose. Califonia property is complete insanity. Landlords raised their rents for example from 2000 to 5000 when property values went up making many people who work everyday homeless instantly. America needs to wake up.
