Re: Intravenous tracks on an SW: SERIOUS warning sign...
Mongers need to be alert to these warning signs. While I love the thrill of the hobby, I would avoid and SWs with such obvious tracks indicating IV drug use (soon become "H" IV positive). Yes condoms protect pretty well, and HIV is rarely if ever spread by oral contact, still... are you willing to have contact with an SW who is HIV positive?
I have enjoyed your posts, they are dead on for the underworld of SWs. But I am sure you have seen deathly SWs that you would not engage?

BTW, I agree that butter chicks often are enthusiastic providers, but there is a limit?
I have said it once, I have said it a hundred times and it bares saying again. "WRAP THAT RASCAL."
Until they come out with a home/pocket self test for STDs there is no way you can tell who has one and who hasn't. When it comes to STDs there is little difference between the sl*t next door and the tramp on the street.
Many dope (IV drug) users go to great pains to hide their drug use. Many shoot-up in their feet and never take off their socks, just to hide the tracks. Some are skin poppers or snortters. And there are a few who heal quickly and are able to hide their tracks simply by choosing different hit sites.
Crack users are no better. They get so desperate that they’ll fuck anyone, anywhere and anyhow. Crack users are the first to forego the need for protection.
And if that’s not enough to scare to shit out of you? Conceder this: Lots of the girls out there use both dope and crack.
There is but one way to assure that you’ll not get a STD. Abstain. Otherwise, take Curiousjoe’s advise.
… it's just a crap shoot.
They're all IV users, don't kid yourself to that reality.
Cover up guys!

To each his own... but if I have a choice of IV user vs non IV user...
I will avoid a sarcastic response to the implication that I don't know what condoms are for...
My point is this. If I have clear evidence that the SW is injecting (tracks), I would prefer to get my pleasure with a less risky lady. Maybe in Greater Philly, EVERY SW is injecting. But (say praise the Lord!!!) out here in the provinces, there are many who do not. I prefer the latter.
My point was, that in case mongers do not recognize the signs, obvious tracks on an SW arm make it probable that she could be HIV positive.
I agree (and have said so many times) that risk of oral transmission of HIV is VERY low. But even with condoms (who has not had one break or come off in the heat of action), engaging with a HIV positive SW may be a risk not worth taking.
Hey--we each choose the risks we take. But if you pick up HIV from an SW, will you promise to stop mongering? Better not to pick it up in the first place. And here in the provinces, there are plenty of SWs who do NOT inject (butter is a different story...)

P.S. HEY!! I finally got my picture to upload! Thanx Jackson.
That's what condoms are for...! As for HIV, there has not been one confirmed case of HIV transmission from Oral sex. The only exception was from some gay guy and he is from a very high risk group.
Clicker: It's no secret: Crack obliterates appetite.
Girls on crack cocaine (affectionately known as "butter,") because it reeves up the adrenaline nervous system, lose their appetite. In fact, food can be disgusting to them. They also sweat like hogs, losing water which causes further weight loss as well. But their libido shoots up. (That is where you and I cum in... I once met an SW who called butter "Panties Down".)
But you are 100% correct. As soon as the drug mafia figures out how to get the FDA to approve "pharmaceutical" crack, they will make billions because it is SUCH an effective weight loss "program." And, icing on the cake, sex is enhanced (IF the guy can get it up...)
But girls who are skin and bones have probably been on crack WAY too long, and are at serious risk to you and themselves. And, while the evidence is that crack is not technically addictive (no physical withdrawal effects like one gets with heroin), psychologically, the THOUGHT of crack can become obsessive.
