I've also reached the point where it doesn't always work, though I still have success at times. I'm hoping some of the new technology becomes more affordable soon since the thought of sticking a needle in little Tom gives me the creeps.

Totally agree and have used this for a while now. 100 mg generic sildenafil is usually in the 80 cents to 2 dollars per tablet range. No longer need to use the Canadian pharmacy.

I usually take 1/2 a dropper of the extract and within 20 minutes get hard as a rock. Worth a shot, cheap and readily available.
