I checked out flights for end of Oct., round-robbin flights to 4 major cities from Tijuana TIJ-MEX-CUN-GDL-MTY-TIJ, all for $230, mostly on A321 by VIVABUS.
Car rentals are $2-5 at airport. They would try to upsell expensive insurance, but my credit cards all have CDW al over the world. I could explore Mexico all over, have fun, hot, sexy times with the hottest chicas very inexpensively.

I went down with 2 bros Wed night. Left about 4:30 got to La Zona about 6. Light was still out. Went to the HK taco stand for a quick snack before drinking and romancing the girls.
Confirm HK's 7th floor operation was crazy, packed with 3 to 4 girls to a guy. It was cool and dry with central air con. Did not see any hot girl. We were drinking beers. Did you ever go to the 7th Floor on Cascadas? It was jam packed with dozens. Maybe 200. People in a small area. All the hotels were doing it but they did not have near the number of people cascadas did.
My assumption is there was perception that HK was doing "dangerous" buisness and they being punished now.
It was reported on this forums police raided Cascadas.
Hk will open but until then least the Zona is starting to get back to what we knew.

Went to La Zona Saturday night 6 PM with a few wingmen.
The alley was way more crowded than in previous months. There were lots of girls and guys on the streets. All food stands were back to business as normal, no distancing.
Adelita was open in the main bar with distancing. Strippers were dancing on stage. There were about 30 girls and about 20 guys, about 1/4 as crowded as pre-CoVid. A few girls were doignlap dances at tables. A few approached me quoting $80 but quickly dropped prices.
Chicago was open in the main bar with a shot of Tequila gratis at the door. There were about 10 guys and 10 girls, none attractive. There was no stripper on stage, so we left quickly.
Korea bar is actually Las Chevelas undercover. Beers are $1. 50 under an airy tent, so it's a nice place to hang out and drink to avoid CoVid. There were about 20 girls, mostly older, chunky, tattooed, with few HK rejects. None were going upstairs while I was there. I picked up a few beautiful and sweetest girls at the main Chavelas before so will check back.
Hong Kong front door was still closed. The party was packed on Cascada's 7th floor. The hallway and rooms were dark, could not see faces clearly. Did see a few hot girls. Malquerida was closed. Looks like the HK group is being punished or squeezed by authorities for pay offs, but it should reopen in full in a week or 2.

As usual, some money is expected to soften the grudge and HK will be allowed to reopen for full operation in 1 to 2 weeks. I don't like the cramped and dark hallway on the 7th floor, no fun and too risky, but the main venue is sexy, exciting and lots of fun to hang out, one of the best strip club in the world.

Also for 50 pesos you can have a plate of 7 large plum raw oysters on the shells, with salsa the way Mexicans like it, but I like them just plain with lime juice, salt and hot sauce. It's delicious to slouch the plum oysters around in your mouth with all that squishy texture, subtle taste and flavor and the dainty aroma of the Ocean. I won't tell you how much more that would cost in OC, LA or Tokyo for that pleasure. TJ is just a fabulous place for sexy fun and fine food.
At the end, the guys gave me a mariscos tostada, chopped raw fish with salsa and hot sauce on a crispy taco shell. It was fresh and tasty. I never had it before, but I like it. But a few guys would still prefer the dainty aroma of Mexican pussies to fresh sea food hehe.
A number of my wingmen are obligated in their work or social circumstances during this pandemic, cannot go to Tijuana to enjoy TJ's pleasures of the flesh and the mouth.
