I am all for the harshest punishments for anyone that is involved in human trafficking, but it is a very small part of places like Backpage. I would argue that a website like Backpage is a perfect place to find people that are involved in trafficking, and why not slam those people with the harshest punishments possible? Instead, this will only drive the never ending practice of cash for sex further underground.
