It should be the same case in LA. These places usually advertise and you can find them in the classifieds or just look at the "People" profiles. They typically don't have a screening process (like most parlors) and welcome HX newbies. Make contact with through the HX message system. When you're communicating with them stress that you will leave a rating for them and it's important for them to rate you also. You should be able to easily get a rating from a couple of these establishments. Once you get two safe ratings on HX you can book with the vast majority of their providers, including K-orgs.
