I think they are trying to beautify the area and chase the customers of those hotels out of there hoping some issues that constantly take place in a couple f those places will stop. I'm guessing all the things going on at those Saint Andrews hotels just moved on over to Bush River and Broad River. Those two roads still look like hell.

I know Richland and the City have an ordinance to tear down problem hotels. I see the Days in being next.

The only problem is 99% of them are either very old, overweight, not attractive or any combination of that. You can even text begging for a real picture so nobody's time is wasted if not attracted and they will still be dishonest and send a picture of a random youthful thing attractive Asian woman. Then when you show up she is either old, fat or ugly or all of the above and you walk out.
