From what I gather once they tell you they can't verify you, it's over. I gave them everything, I have an iPhone as well, and they still said "we're having trouble verifying you", I tried to follow up and ask if they needed more info but they stopped replying and won't reply. I'm guessing they didn't verify me bc of my age (mid 20's), and they prefer the normal Middle Aged client? Just guessing though, I have no clue why they couldn't verify me, and I won't ever know.

When I am preparing for a phone\# change I call each agency, and all the indies in my contacts list AFTER I light up my new phone give them my new number and tell them I will never call from the old number again to migrate to my new number\phone then the old phone gets destroyed.
Migrating to a new phone number every year or two is a pain in the ass, but it's a good practice. I have had a situation where one of those agencies said they would update their call list with my new number and then didn't, and refused to answer my calls for a while until I contacted them and gave them one of my previous numbers they still had on record to prove who I was, but otherwise no issues.

When you give them a new number what guarantees they will delete the old phone records associated with your account? I'd be afraid that lazy people would not bother to clean up their records and just leave me connected to all my old numbers.

Yes sir. I know Android =/= Google Voice. I have an Android phone and I use Google Voice for the hobby.
Being married and having a second physical phone is asking for trouble sooner or later.
See the attached screenshot from their reply stating that they don't verify non iPhone numbers. Before verification, I thought "non iPhone" was a typo. Their email response - " We dont verify non iPhone numbers" There being 2 types - Android and iPhone, led me to my question - why not verify non iPhone numbers.
I have verified with a few agencies (FL, NJ, NY, PA, OH) with my Google Voice number without any issues in the past. Hell, I have verified with a couple in IL except for AC.

Can't make someone else do anything, and as I mentioned did have a lazy booker not update my old number and to get them to book me again at a later date with my new number without a full re-verify I had to provide the old number that they had on file for them to believe I was who I said I was. I still don't know if they deleted my old number, and now my new number could be connected to my old via that booker if they had any issues, but there is really nothing I can do about that.

I am verified but gave up with them because they don't respond for days. By the time they respond I've already made arrangements with somebody else.
Oh well, their loss considering how much money I spend.
But anyway, if you're using p411, maybe try texting them or emailing them instead.
