Sorry I'm too lazy to look it up and if someone can just shoot the answer here to my question. What was the reason all those "spas" closed up shop in the AV Wong building? Some legal thing but I don't recall what the thing was.
I ask because I just saw an ad for sunshine massage but its not the ay wong building just going down a rabbit hole.

The effort took away police and prosecutorial resources away from more serious crime occurring in Honolulu. The Chief Prosecutor decided to focus their efforts elsewhere. I believe that police may still be able to seize property, but it is no longer a priority.
There was also a specific bill in the legislature targeting seizure of buildings hosting massage parlors and gambling dens, the that bill died in committee.

That wasn't affected by the recent bill that died in committee. However, HRS Chapter 712 A is lengthy and complicated.
I recall that previously there was also some talk about the ownership of the property being threatened with legal action by law enforcement authorities if the prostitution continued, but don't know whether or not that was accurate.
I'm writing this from my iPad bc I cannot access this site from my android phone and ms computer. It's been going on for a few weeks now. Anyone know of a workaround that actually works?
Okay Gangie, something definetly suspect obout this place, not your typical izakaya restaraunt, Uncle just senses more like Japanese single owner / Bartendress kinda place, all that from just peeking in from outside. As around 5:30, prior to opening at 6:00, Uncle was just peeking in from outside to check things out. Then while waiting for friends outside, as we were going to another place, this lady unlocked the door and took a walk outside. She looked like a way way younger version of Mai, dressed in a black shoulder strapped, knee high summer dress, very cute japanesey casual. Going to have to go back and do a little more research. . .

I'm using a browser called Dolphin on iPhone and that's the only other browser that's worked for me.

So on your phone or browser, try usiing Incognito mode on the Google Chrome browser. I believe Safari and Firefox browsers have an Incognito mode as well. What this does is eliminates the chance of a corrupt cookie or cache causing issues connecting to a site. If you cannot load the site using Incognito mode, then that might meant something happening higher up, like maybe your provider (spectrum, HawTel), having issues.
Normally, I'd say try a VPN to check if the network provider is blocking certain sites, but since I've had both, I'll save you the trouble. Neither block this site (usasexguide. Nl). The only time I run into Bad Gateway is around 9 pm-10 pm HST, and I think that when the site goes down for maintenance.

Sounds more like one of those Japanese counter bars, as not much on the menu. Melissa Chang's review, "Tororo turns out to be a new izakaya with a 6 to 8 pm Happy hour, which is normal dinner hours for everyone else. Owner Shiho Torimoto explained that they get busy after 9 pm Because they're already a hangout for food and beverage industry employees unwinding after work. ".
Sounds like an interesting concept in Hawaii and if it is anything like Japan, kinda like Naru's, but with beautiful hosts, making the drinks go down much easier, hopefully they evolve in to a fun and happening place.
