Yes, it is Nicki Lee who is the 3rd generation. And I concur with Prometheus, the issue that resulted in a mugshot is behind her. Now the good news / bad news: the good news, for her, is that she found a place to live; the bad news, for us, is that its a state-run mother / child program. So she's out of circulation for most of the winter.
