The difference was I was actually looking for her because of past reviews that she gave good service. These are Gabi-949-3094 (not a downtown #) Na-536-2162, and Jai Dee-2772892. They all seem different in their style of advertising with Gabi appearing to be legit, the others maybe less so.

I understand that being the owner gives her other responsibilities and any reasonable person will give some kind of allowance for these kinds of things, but being the owner also gives her the responsibility to make the customer happy and make sure that they feel that for that time that I paid for, at least I am semi-important enough to be afforded the courtesy of not answering the phone for more than 3 times.

Pending on what kind of provider you are talking about, yes. The real legit providers shouldn't have a problem as they keep business on a professional scale.
