On a rare occasion I got to LW around 4 pm. To see this infamous seeing many SW out and about. I did just run in to Heather C who's been gone for a year and was last on the blotter last Novmber. I saw her standing at 15th South but didn't recognize her at first because her hair is super short. Didn't have time to give her a ride but got to talk. She looks good and is around but has no phone.
